How to use: Add chicken, paneer, tofu, chickpeas or vegetables, simmer 15–20 minutes, and serve with rice or naan. Dinner in about 20 minutes.

Picky eater approved

My family doesn’t have a wide food pallet and two of them get very tense at even the mention of spice. That being said, I made chicken and rice with this sauce and they absolutely loved it, and i agree it’s very tasty. Keep in mind this is a very mild sauce so if you like spicy food you would have to add to it but it is VERY flavorful and I highly recommend.

Better than any restaurant masala!

I made chicken and eggplant masala sautéed with onions, garlic, and peas. It was served over jasmine rice and naan bread. This masala will not disappoint! I’ll be back at the Brick Farmers Market to buy more on Saturday!

Amazing Sauce

I met the owners at a food festival and they were so nice and offering tastes. I immediately needed to buy a jar , and now after cooking with it I am already buying it again. The flavor and little bit of heat is perfect . Highly recommended to anyone whether you are new to this cuisine or not .
