I made chicken and eggplant masala sautéed with onions, garlic, and peas. It was served over jasmine rice and naan bread. This masala will not disappoint! I’ll be back at the Brick Farmers Market to buy more on Saturday!

I would highly recommend Nikki for your next catering event! Our experience was absolutely fantastic. The food was spicy, rich and flavorful. We have used other caterers in the past, but none compared to this one. Both vegetarian and meat dishes were savory and authentic. The quality of food was exceptional!

I have ordered 4 jars in less than 3 weeks of chutney and I put it on everything. Love this and will be ordering more soon. Only complaint I have is I wish they had a bigger sized jar to order!
